It is Thursday, this publication is my record of my day to day in my #life, it is a record that I started at the same time that the quarantine began in Venezuela, but after about 1000 days of carrying it that way and counting the days of the quarantine, which was much longer than I expected, so I decided to change my style a bit and focus on sharing things from my personal life and comments from some of the ephemeris of #History that corresponded to the current day.
Today I had waited for the domestic gas cylinder collection day to arrive so that they could take them to the filling plant and return them home tomorrow, in addition to the fact that I was planning to go out and buy some vegetables in the afternoon, but things were not They have turned out as expected. The people from the domestic gas transport truck reported that the filling plant was closed today without working, which they did without prior notice, so it's time for them to check tomorrow if the plant is working. I didn't go out to buy anything either, it's cold, and I'm not feeling well, I guess the cold I had these days hasn't gone away.

Es jueves, esta publicación es mi registro de mi día a día en mi #vida, es un registro que comencé a la par que se inició la cuarentena en #Venezuela, pero luego de unos 1000 días de llevarlo de esa manera y contando los días de la cuarentena, que fue mucho más larga de lo que yo esperaba, pues, me decidí a cambiar un poco el estilo y enfocarme en compartir cosas de mi vida personal y comentarios de alguna de las efemérides de la #Historia que se correspondiera con el día en curso.
El día de hoy había esperado que llegara la jornada de recolección de cilindros de gas doméstico para que los llevaran a la planta de llenado y los retornaran mañana a casa, además de que pensaba salir a comprar algunas hortalizas en la tarde, pero las cosas no han salido como se esperaba. La gente del camión de transporte del gas doméstico avisó que la planta de llenado estaba cerrada hoy sin trabajar, cosa que hicieron sin previo aviso, así que toca que revisen mañana si es que la planta trabaja. Tampoco salí a comprar nada, hace frío y no estoy sintiéndome bien, supongo que el resfriado que tenía en estos días no se me ha terminado de pasar.

Bien, no hay mucho más que contar sobre mis cosas personales, así que pasemos a comentar la efemérides que brinda el título a esta publicación, se trata de que hoy se considera el Día Mundial de la Pizza. Al buscar un poco el motivo de esta efemérides de esta #Comida, me encontré con un artículo en español, escrito en el sitio web de elDiarioAR, de Argentina, en ese artículo señalan que la #pizza es un plato que existen desde 1889, cuando Raffaele Esposito creó la primera pizza moderna (en Italia), como homenaje a la Reina Margherita, de allí que se le llamara al platillo Pizza Margarita.
El platillo gozó de una creciente popularidad y durante el Siglo XX se internacionalizó masivamente, siendo apreciada por gente de diversos continentes por todo el mundo, pero la fecha de esta celebración en sí, resulta que es bastante reciente, se indica que se celebra desde 2017. Es bastante curioso para mí que la celebración tiene que ver con dos cosas, una de la comunicación viral de las Redes Sociales, y otra que tiene que ver con el Reconocimiento de la UNESCO.
El platillo gozó de una creciente popularidad y durante el Siglo XX se internacionalizó masivamente, siendo apreciada por gente de diversos continentes por todo el mundo, pero la fecha de esta celebración en sí, resulta que es bastante reciente, se indica que se celebra desde 2017. Es bastante curioso para mí que la celebración tiene que ver con dos cosas, una de la comunicación viral de las Redes Sociales, y otra que tiene que ver con el Reconocimiento de la UNESCO.

Por cierto, la fruta ananá es también conocida como piña, así que a la presentación de pizza a la que Jóhannesson se refería es a la que por este lado del mundo llamamos Pizza Hawaiana, una pizza con una receta que ha desatado fuertes discusiones tanto entre los comensales como entre los profesionales de la #Cocina, en serio que nunca me esperé este origen para la efemérides de hoy, pero no deja de parecerme un poco gracioso.
En cierta manera, supongo que escogí esta efemérides, pues yo solía preparar pizza en casa, hace años, cuando estábamos viviendo juntos la mayor parte de mi familia cercana. Ahora que solo estamos mi hermano y yo acá, tengo tiempo sin hacer una pizza, en gran medida por cuestiones económicas, pero también porque no hemos tenido el ánimo de hacerlo.
En fin, creo que es ya hora de que cierre la publicación, así que te deseo un Feliz #DiaMundialDeLaPizza, que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
