The most sacred month, Ramadan, in the Islamic calendar has started in the world with the start of fasting for the next 30 days for the Muslim ummah. This month is respected and celebrated with the opportunity to purify muslims mind from all kinds of pollution, which means avoiding all kinds of forbidden deeds that Islam prohibits muslims from doing.
The fasting period this time is around 12 and a half hours, which will be extended up to 13 hours at the end of Ramadan. After Ramadan, the Eid al-Fitr celebration will be celebrated all around the world.
It is not about the fasting only, but Ramadan has widespread impacts on the Muslim community, and you can feel the changes among all the Musli people in this sacred month.
During this month Muslim always try to do their prayer on time, and they avoid many bad things that they are not so serious about at other times of the day. For example, the lateness in prayer or skipping prayer is one of the most noticeable facts for this month.
Muslims stop telling lies, and they start speaking less, and it is a time to be very patient and speak less, and speaking more can lead to some silly mistakes and bad language, which is not a good manner in Islam.
Also, you can find the Muslim reading the Quran more and more than any other month of the year. They always try to get more positive points in their account, which will allow them to get the opportunity to enter Heaven.
All the benefits of the good deeds are multiplied 70 times in Ramadan, so Muslims donate a lot during the whole Ramadan, as according to the calculation, if you donate 1 dollar in Ramadan, it will make a benefit of donating 70 dollars in other months, which makes Ramadan a month of good deeds.
I hope I can spend this Ramadan in a better way than in other months. I also wish you and your family a sacred Ramadan if you are a Muslim.
Ramadan Mubarak!
