Long time no see!
Even though my walks are not as often as before, I still miss this community and the occasion of sharing some places spotted during my walks whether they are in Romania or not.
So with this thought, I connected my external HDD to the computer and started looking through the memories created a while ago. And thanks God, there are still plenty of them that are still waiting for a story to be written with this purpose!
Happily, I also found lots of pictures taken in between my destinations as a tourist, and I ended up selecting some of these while I visited Treviso (Italy) last year, which I've been thinking would make a great article for the Wednesday Walk Community.
Again, these were taken in between destinations and on different days, so a proper indication of the time and place is not possible. Even if I usually write down what I'm visiting, I enjoy taking random shots of things I observe around me and there is not much to consider when doing so, other than finding something that looks interesting in my vision.

All of these were captured on my way to the train station from where I was going to hit the road towards Venice. The cafe was placed on the ground floor of the place I called home for a couple of days and it seems like a very lovely spot to hang out being surrounded by lots of autumn-specific colours.
In plus, I had this walk quite early in the morning and the sun rays really contributed to making the scenery even more wonderful.
Sadly, I didn't get to enjoy the same weather conditions for the rest of my stay, speaking of some grumpy days with lots of gray clouds on the sky.
Even so, I still wanted to explore the town and ended up walking here and there, covering various parts of Treviso where I got to enjoy the specific buildings' architecture and narrow alleys. They all seemed so fascinating to me back then that made me realize how important walks are, even without having a proper destination. Beauty is, literally, at any step.
Other places I've seen during my stay in Treviso:
- Porta San Tomaso and Ponte delle Università
- Fontana Delle Tette (Galleria della Strada Romana)
- Streets of Treviso
more coming soon...
