Da bi smo prezimili zimu stvaramo zalihe hrane, mislim da je to od davnina bila ljudska potreba pa i danas traje.
Mogu se razni proizvodi naći u trgovini ali sa obzirom na godišnje doba koje predstoji ili se ređe nalaze ili su veoma skupi.
Tako sam odlučila i ove godine da sama pripremim nešto od zimnice za zimske dane koji nam predstoje.

That's how I decided this year to prepare some of the winter stuff myself for the winter days that are ahead of us.
Paprika u senfu je zaista jedan jednostavan način pripreme, koji vremenski ne traje dugo, paprike su iz moje bašte, a na pijaci su dostigle i malo visoku cenu 1 kg paprike iznosi 200 dinara, ili u euru 2 eura.

- 100 grama šećera
- papriku po želji može i ljuta
- senf po potrebi
Ingredients:

Priprema:
Papriku dobro operite, pa seckajte na željene komade, ja sam na sitnije kocke.
Vodu, sirće, so i šećer pomešajte i ostavite da provri, zatim dodajte papriku i blanžirajte je, da malo omekša.

Može poslužiti uz meso ili kobasice, uglavno sos ide uz razna druga jela kao prilog, tako se na našim trpezama često nalazi ukus senfa i paprike idealan spoj.
