Izuzetno je laka da se napravi i ne treba puno vremena. Takodje, nije ni skupo. Idealno, zar ne? 😍
Pa da krenemo. . .
Za početak, treba vam jedan crveni luk, jedna paprika, jedan paradajz, dva krompira i 250 grama mlevenog ćurećeg mesa.

To start, you need one red onion, one pepper, one tomato, two potatoes and 250 grams of ground turkey meat.
Sve ovo pojedinačno iseckati na sitne kockice, naravno, meso je već spremno samleveno.
Cut all this individually into small cubes, of course, the meat is already ground.
Ja sam počela od paprike.
Zatim krompir.
I started with paprika.
Then potatoes.
Luk sam ipak izrendala,tako pusti sok a i meni je lakše i brže.
I na kraju sam iseckala paradajz.
I still grated the onion, so the juice is released, and it's easier and faster for me too.
And finally, I chopped the tomatoes.
Sve iseckano poredjati u tepsiju 30x20, u sredinu staviti koncentrat paradajza pa preliti sa 50 ml maslinovog ulja. Dodati biber i so po želji.
Rukom sve izmešati, sjediniti pa dlanom poravnati.
Arrange everything chopped in a 30x20 pan, put the tomato concentrate in the middle and pour 50 ml of olive oil over it. Add pepper and salt as desired.
Mix everything by hand, combine and flatten with the palm of your hand.
Staviti da se peče jedan sat na 200 stepeni.
Kada se ispeče, izvaditi iz rerne i dok je pita vruća, pokriti je rendanim kačkavaljem.
Kada se prohladi, iseći i parče pite servirati na salati, rukoli.
Odgore preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja.
Piće po izboru. Ja sam sa mojim prijateljem koji se stidi ( nije hteo da se slika 😆 ), podelila flašu hladnog vina- Sangrije! 🍷👌
Bake for one hour at 200 degrees.
When it's baked, take it out of the oven and while the pie is hot, cover it with grated cheese.
When it cools down, cut and serve a piece of pie on salad and arugula.
Pour a little olive oil on top.
Drink of your choice. I shared a bottle of cold wine - Sangria with my shy friend (he didn't want to take a picture 😆)! 🍷👌
