Babies are so cute when they poo and puke and of course I want twins because you absolutely have to have at least two kids and better double trouble and shorter time away from my important work than a year or two more to that baby time. And who wouldn't like the opportunity to name the twins baby "pukes and poos a lot" and baby "screams a lot". And oh boy oh boy when the baby grows up I absolutely want the second chance to live my youth through my precious and force them to have hobbies I had or always wanted but didn't have the chance. But then again if the worst thing happens and they do not want to be Miss little child beauty pageant or beat up strangers in the streets on command, I can always print their worst cockups on to my T-shirts."
Hmm... I think that sums up my thoughts, that sometimes even amaze me, about this collage pretty much perfectly.
As you can see I finalized the collage with some scribble, as I did in my two previous collages but this time more than just couple lines. Let's just say that I almost couldn't stop drawing. But fortunately I did because more scribble would have perhaps been too much.
A collage made from Hjemmet magazine that I used first time in Inktober 2021.
I never threw away the magazines although I did not use them last year because I had a plan. A plan that has been brewing this long. Waiting for a right time. For those who don't understand Finnish or Norwegian here's a little explanation.
The magazine is called Hjemmet which means home. To a Finn the logic what it actually looks and sounds like is pretty simple. Just don't pronounce the j and add one of the really typical Finnish language characters to the end; double consonant and the word ending vowel. Hemmetti. That's an actual Finnish word. And it means damn, dammit and darn.
So I'm doing a series of collages that are the cover images of a fictional magazine called Hemmetti. Darn. There are so many things in life that deserve a special darn mention.
