Hello,friends.Lahore Pakistan's 100 year old church named Sacred Heart was laid in 1904.It is one of the oldest churches in the city.
It's foundation was laid by Bishop Godefroid pelckmans and it was completed in 1907.
It's first project was about education that's why a Sacred Heart School was also built alongside which is Lahore's oldest school.No changes were made to the church in 100 years.Religion is a means to reach God buildings have no role in it.
There's a grave in this church said to be of a Sikh girl who converted to Christianity and was killed inside the church.She's buried there and it's said her nails and hair still grow.Her body has been shifted to Rome.
It's a very beautiful church.If you even come to Pakistan Lahore do visit this church.
