My friend has these orchids, and it was so beautiful.

But you know behind that quiet beauty... is a simple but important lesson I learned.
Orchids are special.
It's not plants you can neglect, but they are also not plants you can overdo.
Too much water can damage them, while too little care? It can make them fade.

Even too much sun burns them, but without enough light, they won't grow.
They survive and bloom only when things are just enough.
Just like how we live...

Sometimes, we think doing more is always better.
Working more, worrying more, giving more of ourselves until there is nothing left.
Other times, we hold back too much and stop trying to grow.
But both ways are not good for us.
So what I learned here is to be balanced.
It is not about being perfect. It is simply knowing what is "enough".
Enough effort, enough rest, and enough care.
It is about listening to ourselves, knowing our limits, and what we really need to be happy and healthy.

So just like orchids...
Hope our lives are well-balanced.
We don’t need to prove anything by exhausting ourselves.
We simply need to grow in a way that allows us to last.
So learn to tell yourselves, "this is enough".
Enough effort for today. Enough progress for now. Enough reason to rest without guilt. 😌
Because in a world that always asks for more, choosing “enough” is not a weakness.
It is care. It is wisdom. And sometimes, it is exactly what allows us to bloom. 🌸
Until my next reflection...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
