A few days ago I got the chance to travel with my family and it turned out to be a very pleasant and memorable trip. As we headed towards the area the scenic views along the way didn't let us feel the fatigue of the journey. The tall mountains clear blue sky and cool breeze were giving a strange freshness to the heart. As we got closer the beauty of nature became even more apparent.
Upon reaching Girid we felt like we had entered a different world. Tall mountains surrounded us mostly with a dry, brown hue but they had their own beauty. Crystal clear rivers flowed and the cool breeze made the atmosphere pleasant. The locals were extremely hospitable. We explored visited the markets and savored local delicacies. Everywhere there was a unique beauty and sense of tranquility.
My family was very happy with the trip. We took pictures together laughed and stored those moments in our hearts. In the evening when the sun set behind the mountains the whole scene was bathed in golden light. The view was so beautiful that one could keep looking at it for a long time.
This trip was a beautiful experience filled with happiness and memories not just a journey. The beauty of Gilgit the valley the tall mountains and the moments spent there will always be part of our memories. We also decided that if given the chance we'll definitely visit this beautiful area again because Gilgit is truly one of Pakistan's scenic regions.
