India very recently started rolling out these new uber fancy coaches to promote tourism through Railways and these trains connect to limited tourist destinations across the country and it only plys during the day time, it covers an extensive range of the western ghats and you get to experience it first hand.
Initially these coaches were only available on the Shatabdi Express covering the Mumbai Madgaon route in 2018.

Here are some of the key features available in a Vistadome Coach:
- Observatory lounge.
- The entire seat rotates to 180' towards the window so you can admire the senic views (Each Coach Can Accommodate 44 Passengers)
- Roofs are equiped with anti glare glass.
- Charging sockets.
- Wi-Fi facilities (Personally Don’t Recommend Connecting To Public A Wi-Fi ANYWHERE)
- Automatic sliding doors.
- Stainless steel multi racks for baggage storage.
- Service area that consists of a hot case, microwave oven, coffee maker, bottle cooler, refrigerator and washbasin.
- Foldable snack tables.
- These coaches have FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) modular toilets with pressurised flushing systems, bio tanks and automatic fire detection with an alarm system.
- These coaches also fully equipped with CCTV systems for onboard surveillance.

I had about 30 minutes to kill before the departure so I went out and took this picture, even picked up a flower to dry it out. I've been obsessed with picking flowers these days and collecting them 😂
IRCTC has did a bang on job with these coaches and i'm really impressed with the cleanliness of these coaches. The toilets are clean yaay 😂 usually Indian train toilets aren't something you'd want to visit you'd rather hold it in till you reach your destination 🥲
Oh BTW this coach is completely air conditioned plus it TALKS 😂 well not like Alexa or Siri but it does mention about the upcoming stops, Safety informations, A little bit about the train etc.

I really loved the panty car onboard they had a decent variety on snacks and to my surprise they even has Snickers and Bounty 😂 well in the evening I picked up 2 Samosas to munch on and they were pretty good 🤤
Well 9 hours later I reached Bangalore all happy with my journey in the train for the first time 😂 I don't usually enjoy train travel because it gets really annoying, The only reason I pick going by train because it's super affordable.
