🥇 Garden Route - Knysna Section by
" Since the Knysna Section of the Garden Route does not offer that many Hiking trails, we spontaneously decided to do some animal stuff again. As I said many times, I do not like to pay for animal encounters and I still stand to it.But the urge to be as close as possible to an elephant and to be able to touch it was greater, which I regret a little afterwards. Anyway, on the second day we decided to drive towards Plettenberg to the Knysna Elephant Park where we had booked the Meet our Herd experience. For around 27 Euro per Person you´re able to feed the Elephants as well as getting really close to them and touch them."

🥈 THE ERDVARK HIKE IN THE GROOT KAROO DESERT: Day 1 Boplaas to Middelplaas (THE FIRST TIME!!! WE MESSED UP.) by
" I had the opportunity to join a fantastic hiking group to walk a 5-day route called The Erdvark Hike which is found, on the very large Rooiheuwel Farm in the Great Karoo desert. The Great or Groot Karoo, as we know it here in South Africa, crosses the boarder from the Western Cape Province to the Northern Cape Province it is a vast, arid, mostly flat, but sometimes surprisingly mountainous land that is harsh in every way. It almost gives you the feeling that everything there is out to kill you - heat, rocks, thorn bushes and spiders (and a whole lot more)."

🥉 #TravelTuesdays: Climb Mt. Hamaishidake (浜石岳) with us! by
" Climbing the famed Mt. Fuji on Winter might be prohibited, but you can still revel on its mesmerizing view by visiting Shizuoka Prefecture. Winter is when the snow-capped Mt. Fuji is prettiest and most visible. Want to see this majestic view? Standing on top of Mt. Hamaishidake is the best place to be!"
