🥇 My Bitter Experience in "Lecco City, Lake Como" - Italy by
We took the wrong boat and we didn't even know that. Like I said nobody there speaks English. Normally from Valmadrera to Lecco city, it takes 20 minutes by boat but we took that boat which takes 60 minutes to reach Lecco because it goes to different villages and then its last stop is Lecco. So another hour was wasted in the lake. When we reached Lecco city, we were already tired and had only 55 minutes to see the city because we had to catch the boat again.

🥈 Three churches on the Obvodny Canal embankment by
All the day's business was finished, evening was descending on the city, and the sky had taken on a beautiful blue color. I decided to take a little walk before going home. The beginning of my walk was on Ligovsky Prospekt, at the point where the avenue crosses the Obvodny Canal. I stopped briefly on the bridge over the canal to look at the view towards sunset. The bright sunset colors had already faded, but the sun was still slightly illuminating the edge of the sky from behind the horizon.

🥉 Side: The Pamphylian City Inspired by Pomegranates - Side: Nardan İlham Alan Pamfilya Kenti by
When I was in university, Side was one of my research topics. I used to come here often, wandering among the structures and statues until I got tired, eventually sitting on a stone by the shore, delving into deep thoughts about the city's history. Initially, I felt unlucky to be assigned a Pamphylian city. At that time, I was more of a Lycia enthusiast. The Lycians were heroes, they preferred to throw themselves into fire rather than surrender the city to the enemy, they didn't engage in things like slave trade that restricted people's freedoms and so on. Gradually, maybe as I got to know it better, I couldn't remain indifferent to Pamphylia, with its serene atmosphere by the deep blue sea, golden beaches and impressive colors painted by the sunset. The other day, after a long time, I went back to Side, wandered through the ancient and modern city, refreshing my old memories.
