Hello hive users namaste how are you all who reach my post . I hope you all are doing great in your life and all are healthy and enjoying your life with your loved ones .
It's all about my yoga journey .i started my yoga teachers training exactly 3 years ago and i am teaching yoga from 1 year .i am also a mechanical engineer then I started yoga so it's sounds like a engineer becomes a Yogi .it's a life-changing period for me .when I am searching for a job after completing my mechanical engineering i am selected in a company where bikes are manufactured and i joined that company and after a week I am very busy and work 12 hour a day and go home at night and feel very unhappy because I didn't want this type of life where I have no time to eat properly no time to exercise regularly no time to sleep and after 10 days the situation is worse beacause my manager gives me the night duty .whole night i work and in aday I can't sleep then depression and anxiety welcomes me but one day in weekend me and my friends who are working with me at that company we plan for a short trip to rishikesh (yoga capital of work)
And we go .
Finally we reach there we explore the beauty of rishikesh it's very devine place and i see many foreigners are also there who are doing there yoga teacher training and learning yoga deeply by professional yoga guru .we stay in a ashram that day at night where we do chanting the mantras and eat the prashad ( dinner )
There are many temples and monestry types ashrams we explore every temples and monestry . I feel really a divine feeling from the first day when I visit this place . A beautifull river name mother Ganga is flowing in front of the temples and people doing prayer and chanting . Some sadhu babas are also their who are smoking marijuana their at their akhada and chanting mantras . And we feel very tired and reach our ashram where we are staying at night that day . Day is over and i feel very happy and my anxiety is improved in a single day . I didnt feel that type of burden I am suffering from half month before .light off and we sleep .
Next day in the morning I get up in 5 o'clock and ready for a morning walk . I leave my room and my friends didn't come with me they all are exhausted that day .i started my walk slowly and i reach in river side small beach where the yogis doing their yoga practice and meditation with their gurus . I stop my walk and sit behind them and i see one hour yoga practice i also do little bit yoga asanas which are easy the ones then I realised that day what is the art of body and art of breathing i how i connect our body to soul .
After a month I quit my job and finally i join yoga teachers training at rishikesh in winter .i start yoga and practice daily and follow all the daily routines of yoga centers where the morning is started from 5:30 and then we do first the cleansing eyes with rose water and nose with salted water then we do pranayama which is a breathing exercise and then 6:30 to 8:30 we perform the sun salutation yoga .at 9 o'clock the breakfast time we eat a light breakfast like sprouts ,fruits and porridge . 10:00 to 11 :30 the yoga anatomy class and 11:30 to 1:00 we attend mediation class .at 13:00 we do lunch where they give us rice, dal , roti ( chapati) ,and salads .14:00 to 16:00 is rest time . Then again 16:00 to 17:30 is yoga asanas practise yoga aligment learning then 17:30 to 19:00 is yoga philosophy class then the dinner time and we eat some chapati with green vegitable. And yes in middle of the day two times we take our green tea .all day is busy .
So completed my yttc and then I join a yoga center where I teach yoga .
