Sometimes, I like to make a quiet place just for me, where I can rest, think and feel calm. I enjoy being alone when I want to relax and listen to my own thoughts. But there are also days when I love to travel, explore new places and see many people. I think I am an ambivert, because sometimes I like silence and sometimes I like adventures. It really depends on my mood, and traveling to places like the Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol makes me feel both peaceful and happy at the same time.
Today, I’m so excited to share my fun and unforgettable experience at the Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol. When we arrived there, I was totally amazed! Everything looked so natural and peaceful. It felt like I entered a happy farm made just for visitors like me.
The Bee Farm is full of wooden houses, colorful decorations, flowers and cozy spaces. What I really liked is that there are many signs everywhere, so visitors know where to go, what to read and what the place is all about. Even kids can understand and also it made me feel smart and excited to explore more the entire place.
The Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol started as a small family farm. At first, it focused on growing vegetables and raising bees to produce honey. The owners wanted to live close to nature and promote organic and healthy living. Over time, many people visited the farm and loved the idea, so it became a popular tourist destination. Today, it is known for its healthy food, eco-friendly practices, and beautiful sea views.
Travel Hours & How to Get There
The Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol is usually open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is located in Dauis, Panglao Island and it takes about 30–40 minutes from Tagbilaran City by car or tricycle. The ride was fun because I could see trees, houses and the blue sky along the way.
When we arrived, I really wanted to try their famous homemade ice cream because I heard it was very delicious. But sadly, I had a cough that day, so I couldn’t eat cold food. Even though I was a little sad, I decided to choose something healthy instead. I ordered the Caesar Salad, and wow it was so fresh and yummy! The vegetables tasted very clean and natural. I was happy because I could still enjoy their food even when I wasn’t feeling well. The good thing is that many menu prices are affordable, so families can enjoy eating there without spending too much.
Things to Do at the Bee Farm
There are many fun and interesting things to do at the Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol:
Walk around the farm and enjoy the garden and ocean view
Read the signs and learn about bees and organic farming
Eat healthy meals made from fresh ingredients
Take lots of photos because the place is very beautiful
Visit the souvenir shop with honey, soaps and local products
Even though I didn’t get to eat ice cream, my visit to the Bee Farm at Dauis, Bohol was still very happy and memorable for me because I learned that being healthy is important and nature can make us feel calm and joyful. This place is perfect for families, friends and people who love nature.
