Stress is one thing that comes our way one way or the other, the way we handle it truly matters. Most times it comes in places or situations when we least expected while other times we just know that it's a normal thing to come by.

For married couples most especially mothers, we are being stressed out by our children. If you find yourself in this box, you should be aware that it's a norm for you to be stressed by your children. It's something that we should all expect.

We all find ourselves in one relationship or the other, we should know or already know that no relationship is perfect. From that which I have experience, I understand the stress I have gone through not minding the fact that I am yet to settle down. Most times I wonder how married couples handle the stress that's comes in being married.

I recall when I was in school, we were given a project work and divided into a set of 4 to 5 teams. I was asked to lead the team I was in, working with some people can be stressful. We had a deadline to beat, after all the delay in finalizing the project, at the long run, they tend to leave the work for you to complete. I think that happen because it was a school project, if it was a job that required team effort, I guess it would have being different.

When I'm stressed, this routine works very well for me always. I take a deep breath counting from 1 to 10 before breathing out, this helps to calm my nerves. I don't recommend you try it out, it can work pretty well for you too.

Apart from taking a deep breath, dancing also helps. I play a song as loud as it can be and sing and dance to it. I don't know how to dance pole dance but it's not a bad idea to try it out one day.

When I'm stressed and I find myself outside my resident and dancing didn't play out as an option, I switch to listening to music. Which is a good reliant to manage stress.

I love sleep and in recent times, I have not gotten a good doze of it. This is my last option on stress management, as long as I am less busy, if stressed out, I jump on my bed and sleep and when I wake I feel more better.
