A healthy life is one every human is searching for, man kind is bent on improvement, that's why am here to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle, but first as a child growing up I was thought to solve a problem you first have to know what it is, which brings us to;
what's Healthy living ?
Healthy like every philosophical word can be defined in many ways, I will be sharing my own understanding on those word
"Healthy living"
HEALTHY LIVING, can be simply seen as a lifestyle which prevents you from getting ill or dying early it involves; exercising, dieting, and resting. it is the combination of all these aspects that equates to healthy living.
We will be taking each area to give you more understanding;
- Exercise
When people hear exercise it easily takes them to lifting weight and all those stuff heavy weight body builders do, but really exercise is just,
" Any movement of the body that makes your muscles work and burns calories for a better body or health."
looking at the definition you can already get the point, I do know most of you are already acquainted with this, so I will make it short as possible. Exercise is defined into various categories like;
- Strength training
- Aerobic training
- Balance and stability training
- Coordination and agility training

It is divide to:
A. Weight bearing exercise
Are any activity involved in hold yourself against gravity
- Running
- Body weight squats
- Standing biceps curls

B. Non-weight bearing exercise
They place less stress on the joints
- leg presses
- Seated rows
- Leg extensions
C. Calisthenics
Calisthenics is simply using your own body weight as resistance.
- pull ups
- planks
- lunges

- Dieting
Is simply getting a balanced meal plan, it involves consumption of food and snacks with a major aim of loosing weight, maintaining weight or gaining weight. Its one of the facts for a healthy living we do remember in school when balance diet, classes of food and other related stuffs where taught. To achieve a better health you have to understand what you put in your mouth, like for young children it is advisable to give them milk to improve their growth.
There are five major foods namely; - fruits
- vegetables
- grains
- diary
- protein foods
- Rest
Rest is one thing a lot of people take for granted, they believe with less sleep they can achieve more, that's a terrible lie we don't realize yet, without rest the brain won't think properly which will inevitably bring low achievement, when am talking about rest am simply referring to sleep, there isn't any other way to rest your brain than that.
