I worked out today. Some things come easy to us. One of which is being moody, having a frown or worse, being angry.
I for one wake up so easily with a frown π then have to remind myself 'are you not happy you woke up today? Com'on smileπ, then I do. And jeez it does make a big difference to my day.
That is to tell you that with beautiful or great things you have to be intentional about them. Like working out as mentioned earlier, I had to be intentional.
Achieving one's dream has to be intentional too. I Write down my visions (the things I would love to accomplish in faith) by their numbers as I try not to limit my thoughts.
Then I memorize them prayerfully in the morning and evening every day. And surely I get inspired on the next step to take, I do so purposefully.
My life since these steps has indeed progressively improved as I keep ticking out the milestones I've accomplished and prayers answered as well as adding to my list as I go.
The outcomes from this exercise are mind-blowing and worth every bit of the journey and which in time I will share in detail π
Be intentional today and act differently as opposed to the easy default which isn't so easy after all. Have you tried frowning through the day? Walahi it's draining to keep up the actπͺπ plus what benefit does it bring?
The future is indeed bright if we only choose to take charge.
