This kind of tomatoes is delicious making salad.

Vegetable salad will not be the same without this. It is also needed in making sauce for the pizza, there are a lot of uses.

This morning I was making foul with tomatoes.

This is foul derived from tomatoes and beans.

I put these foul madames (beans) to the food processors and blend then mix it with my cooked sauce made from tomatoes.

This is an omelet made from tomatoes and eggs, onions and garlic. It's good for dinner.

What is the use of tomatoes?

Tomatoes have so many health benefits for us. In my employers' kitchen, it is one of those necessities of cooking foods either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. During the market day, tomatoes are always in the basket.

How to preserve and keep longer time in the fridge?

When you buy a tomato, select a good quality. Wash it with baking soda and rinse well. Let is dry and totally no water. If possible, try to wipe it with the cloth. Them wrap around with cling film like the picture above. It will take a month before it rotten. You can save a lot by doing this.
