I know it's a bit odd to ask for more, when you already have all that much being offered, but whoever doesn't ask, shall not receive. I got inspired to write this post by today, after reading his version of What else I want for Leofinance? and decided to do my own as well.
I will be a bit more greedy than him, just to make it clear, but not too greedy. Even as it is, leofinance is a provider, but there are some more things that I wish we would have on Leofinance and maybe some time, some day, and the team, will add a few of those to our user interface.
First of all, I subscribe to and consider that notifications should have a well deserved place on the UI, considering that the platform is getting crowdie and interaction is going through the roof. Replying to comments from a notifications area/button, getting upvote notifications, and staying in touch with every move your account is related with, would be a great feature to me.
Next I would add a trending page based on commenting. Something that probably no social media platform has had. Almost all of them that I am aware of, are seeing posts getting to the trending page based on likes and upvotes, I would like though to see on leofinance a similar page that would take comments into account when labeling certain posts as trending and not just the total thumbs up. I've had this idea for Hive as well, but maybe in here we'll see it put into practice.
Live crypto prices. Since we're a finance and crypto oriented platform, I would definitely love to have live crypto prices at hand, on a bar somewhere on the UI. At least for LEO, HIVE, BTC and some other popular ones. I don't know how much effort such a feature involves, but it would be nice to have it.
A crypto news section where one could scroll through all the crypto news tagged posts of the day, with or without the option to sort them based on trending. Being a crypto oriented community I believe many of us would prefer consuming daily crypto news directly from Leofinance rather than twitter or any other crypto media outlet.
Last but not least, I will still insist on a development fund where one could simply donate crypto to, or have it as a beneficiary for certain posts payouts. I admit that I am egocentric and quite often asking for too much, but there's plenty of moments I feel like giving back, and leofinance, at least in my case, deserves sponsorships for further development.
What about you, what new stuff would you like to see on leofinance?
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
