I always get this kind of question and to be honest, I believe that dentistry in South America is cheaper. Thing is, that when you actually compare the prices and take in consideration local economy, salaries doesn't make much sense so they don't relate to the actual prices. To give you an example, minimun salary in here is: 38.940$ ARS (Argentine pesos) and the average implant cost is around 25.000$ ARS per piece. Sounds crazy right? Quick advice: Don't let that filling get more damaged, go ASAP to get it fixed if possible.
