
Welcome to another Flexed-up Monday a few days after my last flexed-up Mondays post reporting about my back pain somethings clicked and I figured that there was a possibility that the flexercise contributed to my backpain.
My running theory is that I went hard with the flexercise tearing some muscles around my lower back not necessarily a bad thing because that's how muscles are built, however in this weak state I was more susceptible to injury.
The update is that my back is doing a lot better not quite a 100% yet but now there is another problem that may be related but not necessarily, I recently started to feel some strange pressure under my left rib almost like it's digging into some innards, I went for X-rays and hope everything will be alright but for now not having the best time.
So for now I am taking a pause on the flexercise before I get into better shape and this will be more so a weekly update on my state till then 🤣
