Happy New Year 2023 and First HPUD of the year

Today, January 1, 2023, is a special day to start a new year and I want to take this first post of the year to wish you all a happy 2023. At the same time, as every first day of the month, it is HivePowerUpDay or HivePUD. Performing this power up for me is an important demonstration of commitment to the entire blockchain, regardless of the day it is performed. However, running the Hive staking on the first day of every month with a minimum amount of 10 Hive allows you to participate in the HPUD.

Before I tell you the steps I have taken for the execution of my #HPUD I want to thank Hive account@traciyork, Hive account@walterjay and Hive account@r1s2g3 for the HP delegated to my account during the month of December for being one of the three people who had staked the most Hive on December 1 during the #HispanicHPUD and I also wanted to thank the HP delegated by Hive account@jacobtothe following the #HPUD globally for the month of December.

First of all, above the HIVE value staked there is an arrow with a drop down menu and within the options I have selected the Power up option.

Subsequently, a window opens. In which we can indicate the amount of HIVE to which we want to Power up.

Next we will have to confirm if we want to perform the indicated operation.

Then, we are asked to sign the operation with hivesigner or by logging in with KeyChain.

Next step, we confirm the staking operation.

Finally, you can check that the HIVE has been staked correctly by obtaining the new HP value.
