Hello Guys, during my work with the 3Sskaters channel I felt like starting to talk about finances. Most of my audience on youtube are kids. So I feel motivated to teach you a few things about making money. With that I started saying a few things on my personal channel and also created my own finance channel.
OlĂĄ Galera, durante meu trabalho com o canal 3Sskaters eu tive vontade de começar a falar sobre finanças. A maior parte do meu pĂșblico no youtube sĂŁo crianças. EntĂŁo me sinto motivado a ensina-los algumas coisas sobre ganhar dinheiro. Com isso comecei sobre no meu cana, tambĂ©m criei meu canal de finanças.

1 thing - The school doesn't teach you how to earn the right. Nothing about financial education. Especially in Brazil.
2 thing - You learn to be an employee. School is a standard. Similar to a factory. They all sit in a row, in the same uniform, with the same tests to do. A bonus: The school seems to want to kill your creativity.
3 thing - Get out of school without knowing what you're going to do in college, even less in your life. Sometimes people think they know, but they don't. The school doesn't prepare you for this.
4 thing - the food is horrible. just that I wanted to talk about even haha
5 thing - Lack of choice of materials. All schools have the standard subjects. Which are i don't know: math, science, history, geography... And you have nothing else. You can't even choose between them. In the USA, teaching is a little more flexible than in Brazil.
6 thing - Do not teach the most important things. For example first aid. If someone's sick on your side, you won't know what to do. Another example, the laws. Like I said before, financial education. And especially mental health. The crowd gets anxious, crying with tests.... Having a professional at school to perform this accompaniment is very important.
7 thing - the school prefers to teach formulas than the things that are really important.
8 thing - motivation. One of the worst mistakes in school is not motivating students. This is only going to make their learning worse. If you're going to tell motivational lectures I've seen at school, it's been 2 or 1.
9 thing - teach everyone the same way. everyone equals being that there is no such thing.
10 thing and hint of this video - if you in school yet, you can complain about everything. But you have to pass the year. If you repeat that, it slows you down too long. Year pass. Don't delay your life. Don't repeat it at school.

1 coisa - A escola não te ensina a ganhar direito. Nada sobre educação financeira. Principalmente no Brasil.
2 coisa - VocĂȘ aprende a ser um empregado. A escola Ă© um padrĂŁo. Semelhante a uma fĂĄbrica. Todos sentam enfileirados, com o mesmo uniforme, com os mesmos testes a fazer. A escola parece que quer matar sua criatividade.
3 coisa - Sair da escola sem saber o que vai fazer na faculdade, menos ainda na sua vida. As vezes as pessoas acham que sabem, mas nĂŁo. A escola nĂŁo te prepara para isso.
4 coisa - a comida Ă© horrĂvel. sĂł isso que eu queria falar mesmo haha
5 coisa - Falta de opção de matĂ©rias. Todas as escolas tem as matĂ©rias padrĂ”es. Que sĂŁo sei lĂĄ: MatemĂĄtica, CiĂȘncias, HistĂłria, Geografia... E vocĂȘ nĂŁo tem mais nada alĂ©m disso. Nem pode escolher entre elas. Nos USA o ensino Ă© um pouco mais flexĂvel do que no Brasil.
6 coisa - NĂŁo ensinam as coisas mais importantes. Por exemplo primeiros socorros. Se alguĂ©m tiver passando mal do seu lado vocĂȘ nĂŁo vai saber o que fazer. Outro exemplo, as leis. Como falei antes, educação financeira. E principalmente saĂșde mental. A galera fica ansiosa, chorando com testes.... Ter um profissional na escola Ă© muito importante.
7 coisa - a escola prefere ensinar fĂłrmulas do que as coisas que sĂŁo realmente importantes.
8 coisa - motivação. Um dos piores erros da escola é não motivar os alunos. Isso só vai piorar o aprendizado deles. Se for contar palestras motivacionais que eu jå assisti na escola foram 2 ou 1.
9 coisa - ensinam todo mundo do mesmo jeito. todo mundo igual sendo que nĂŁo existe isso.
10 coisa e dica desse vĂdeo - se vocĂȘ na escola ainda, vocĂȘ pode reclamar de tudo. Mas vocĂȘ tem que passar de ano. Se vocĂȘ repetir isso te atrasa muito. Passe de ano. NĂŁo atrase sua vida. NĂŁo repita na escola.
