For sure it us a numbers game! And indeed with not owning the building I wouldnt do it. But here having the ability to charge stuff when it makes sense feels good to me.

I also charge an EV with it, that helps in feeling that it makes sense comparing to heading to the gasstation which aint cheap at the moment.

But yeah, really look at the numbers. Would love some home battery but those are way too expensive in the numbers game at the moment
