Hello everyone!
It's been a few days since I posted part 1 of my journey on Leo/Hive. I wanted to post part 2 sooner but I've been very busy lately.
As I mentioned before, I work full time as a project manager and the company I work for is just defining its strategy for 2021, which means many days burning the midnight oil for me.
But I digress. Even though I didn't have a lot of time for writing, my blockchain journey wasn't completely stalled. I took the little time I had during the last few days to read a lot of posts here and learn the basics.
And by basics, I mean BASICS. As a complete beginner, one of the first barriers I found was the crypto lingo. Ok, it's not like it's a really hard thing to learn, like a whole new language or anything like that but reading all that slang and acronyms when you are a total beginner can be a little confusing at first.
Fortunately, I found this very good post where talks a little about some common terms in the crypto-sphere. The list is not exhaustive but a very good starting point in my opinion! I do believe this would come naturally with time, but speeding up the learning process can be nice sometimes.
Now that I got that out of the way, my next step is looking into adding some crypto to my investment portfolio. It might be a good topic for my next post!
Before I wrap this up I'd like to give a shout out to some other Hivers who have been really helpful during the beginning of my journey. I believe most of you know them already because they are quite active in the community but if you don't, make sure to check out ,

That's it for now and catch you next time!
