I'm aware that the development of Leofinance blogging interface is still underway following the recent official post detailing a few updates. A lot of features are still missing and it is necessary to include them in the V2 website launch. Just my thoughts though!
One of such missing feature is the post payout options. Right now, post payouts give hundred percent liquid LEO. Personally, I would love it if there are options for one to choose from as regarding how you want your post payouts to be. Options like the ones listed below would be really appreciated and quite helpful:
- 100 percent power up
- 100 percent liquid LEO
- 50/50 LEO/ LEO POWER
I know some may say, if you want to stake, head over to Leodex and stake. That's a different ball game entirely. Shockingly, some persons are not very conversant with the hive-engine and leodex interfaces. And some do not just have that investment mindset. What they just do is sell off their LEO when it drops. It backs down to choice after all, there are your tokens so, you decide how to manage it.
But what I think is that including options that automatically locks up a fraction of one's LEO rewards would reduce the circulating supply of the LEO token, which in turn adds value to the leofinance ecosystem.
Also, it will help some persons like myself in building and growing my LEO power while also having some LEO to trade and meet certain essential bills. Deep down I want to stake more leo although I am not earning it in that much a volume. At the same time, there are also things that need financial attention. Looking at my wallet and seeing some liquid LEO, naturally, I'd be prompted to sell off. But assuming that not all the tokens I earned from a post come in the form of liquid leo, I wouldn't have to sell them all.
Being that some portions would have been vested automatically and I wouldn't want to unstake them. I don't know if you get the gist but all I'm painting is that post payouts shouldn't just have one option which is 100% liquid leo.
