So, after my husband's invitation to the food fair of the hyper galleries shopping center located in the "traki city" shopping center, I felt very sorry to refuse this invitation, I thanked my husband for the invitation and I have accepted to go together with our little son to eat something that we rarely taste, I'm talking about Arabic food, it goes without saying that my husband and I supported each other for this outing in our #hive savings. For me, Arabic food is a practically new gastronomic experience, they can be counted on the fingers of my hands and I still have fingers left over from the number of times I have tried Arabic dishes, but this weekend we went to eat and I would like to share with all of you my dining experience
Before arriving at noon, my husband, my son and I got into a taxi to the "traki city" shopping center, the day was quite sunny and we were able to enjoy the rays of sunlight while listening to a Venezuelan bagpipe, the road was quite clear but we were able to notice the large number of passersby who were near the commercial city. The taxi left us at the entrance of the shopping center, I must say that the Ciudad Traki shopping center is very nice and all its spaces have air conditioning, which makes it a super nice place to spend time with the family and enjoy the shops department stores and the food fair. Our destination was on the top floor of the building, so we decided to climb the escalators to reach the fair, the influx of people was impressive, the mall fair was packed with diners and before heading to the food establishment Arabic, we had to find a place to sit.
From our table, we could see the name of the Arabic food restaurant "Alibaba Arabica Food" and my husband went in search of the menu to order the dishes that we were going to taste and thus be able to cancel the cost of our consumption. At that time I couldn't get close to where the menu was, since as I mentioned before the food fair was full of diners and if I got up from the table, possibly other diners were going to sit down, so my husband asked to the three, a mixed shawuarma of beef, chicken and vegetables, with French fries and a simple chicken shawuarma, all accompanied by a spicy sauce, a chickpea cream, falafel, and two additional drinks that the menu brought. I must say that the cost of the dishes seemed quite affordable and after making the change from 35 Hive to 18$USD through binance, we were able to cancel the total amount of our consumption, which was about 16$USD.
The food arrived at our table after waiting for it for about 15 minutes, our son was anxious to eat everything that was on the table. So, we got to work and began to taste one of the best Arab meals I've ever had, if not the best I've ever had in my life. I started eating the falafel, or chickpea croquettes, all a crispy and crunchy delight, to later find inside that rich texture of the chickpeas, I accompanied my croquettes with the spicy red sauce, at first the sauce scolded me a little, but I quickly got used to the taste and ate it almost completely, my son headed straight for the fries and my husband had the simple chicken shawuarma with chickpea sauce and some tomato sauce.
Between my son and I we ate all the mixed meat of our sharwarma, I felt very Arab and unlike my husband, I did eat my shawuarma not rolled by hand, how Middle Eastern people traditionally eat. The sauce, the super juicy chicken and meat, the soft and delicious bread, this was a magnificent #Food experience, I will not hesitate to attend again to share this delicious food with my loved ones "my family". By the way, as it was a special day to have a good time, with the 2$USD that we had left from our Hive savings, we bought a chocolate bar for our son and we enjoyed it and we also smiled seeing him eat and get dirty with chocolate.
