In the month of August I enrolled in the Morphosis Challenge to lose weight and only gained 1 kilo less.
So now, passing the Christmas and New Years holidays, I have gained double or more weight. And it is that eating those dishes that we only eat once a year is something that cannot be underestimated.
For this challenge I started something that I have always wanted to do, a Keto diet: without flour, without sugar and without lactose. I made some chickpea cookies and they were really delicious, they tasted very good. Sugar, yes or yes I should eliminate it and I know that they use bananas to replace sweets in some meals. Proteins are what can be consumed the most and I have no problems with that and I love salads.
Women suffer more from being overweight than men, since we began to have our children we began to gain weight with the fact that we eat for two, and then it increases as we get older. A sedentary lifestyle is something that makes you gain weight very quickly and spending so much time on the computer must be compensated with walks.
If you could miraculously gain or lose weight this weekend which would it be and why, and is there a particular area of your body you'd prefer to gain or lose it from?
It would be wonderful if there was a magic or miraculous wand to lose weight, in my case I would like to reach 55 or 60 kilos, my weight when I was 22 years old.
The area that I have always disliked seeing on my body is the belly, although when I was a girl I didn't have much, I always had an outstanding that I didn't like and now that everything is falling I see it more hehe.
I see some videos of Asian girls and it amazes me to see how they eat a lot and are skinny, of course the only difference is that they don't consume fizzy drinks, they only use tea to accompany their meals, it's just a matter of getting used to it.
If I miraculously lost weight, I would be more agile and, although I am a healthy woman, I would be happy if I had a few kilos less and could eat everything without having to take anything away from meals.
