It's Christmas with the BoyCharliePlays! Pokemon Training Livestream. The Wild Area is getting Locked into Snow Weather on December 25, 2020, for the Christmas Holiday. We can expect to see Ice Type Pokemon all over Pokemon Sword and Shield. This is a chance for us to stock up on strong Ice Type Pokemon to train and trade to others. Join me if you want to get as many different raids and captures today in between opening presents today.
⭐️ Shiny Hunt Details ⭐️
Shiny Pokemon have a different skin color than the original Pokemon and have a unique feature when entering the field where they sparkle. The Shiny Pokemon feature is purely cosmetic and does not raise any physical stats; however, they are sought after by other players for their rarity and coveted by others of the game as a way of flexing on rivals. Currently, I am hatching Pokemon Eggs that I am collecting from the Pokemon Daycare. Breeding is a mechanic introduced in the Pokemon Game in generation two and allows players to breed Pokemon for specific stats, abilities, and natures. 🎄 Christmas Mark Hunting 🎄
Our live stream aims to catch a Pokémon that has a certain mark only available to it when captured in the Wild. This mark acts like a Ribbon in that it appears on the status screen when your Pokémon achieves certain criteria, most of which are determined on capture.
Thanks to the efforts of the Serebii Community I have a small table to show you the chances of landing a mark. The Mark Charm was introduced in Pokémon Sword & Shield's Isle of Armor. This basically gives 2 extra rolls for getting a mark, essentially tripling the rates.
