"Hello, friends! Today I want to tell you about an amazing habit that changed my life completely - getting up early and working out. Do you know how good it feels to start your day with a boost of energy and a positive mood? I decided to wake up early and run to the stadium for health mostly, since my job is sedentary.
When I wake up early, I have time to get ready for the day before it starts. I can unwind after my workout with a cup of coffee, I can also do morning yoga or enjoy the peace and quiet before I tackle my tasks. This helps me wake up my mind and body and feel ready for whatever the day has in store for me, and it's not small.
And training... It's like a way of life! When I move and work out, I feel alive and strong. Running, for example, gives me the opportunity to escape from everyday worries and enjoy nature, to move my legs and free them from the stress I put them under. And when I do tai chi, I feel calm and balanced. This age old practice teaches me to focus on my breath and release built up tension, also this morning and I did some tai chi which is an extremely beneficial practice.
I know it may sound hard to get up early and exercise, especially if you're used to sleeping more or skipping physical activity, but it's the best any of us can do.
So, I'm giving myself the chance to change my life for the better.
