Hello everyone,
After covering 3 popular playstyles of the magic god in my last post, In this post I will be talking about 3 popular nature playstyles, breaking them down and explaining how a player should think while using them!
The good side about nature decks, is that it has tons of different playstyles and among each playstyle it has tons of versions for each one.
On top of that, the beauty of nature is that most of its decks does not have expensive mandatory cards to be able to compete in high ranks, thus making it so much budget friendly!
So without further ado, let's jump into the first playstyle!
First playstyle:
Amazon Nature:
As the name suggests, this playstyle is all about controlling and swarming the board with your strong amazon creatures, while buffing them different roars and spell.
In this playstyle you should aim with the help of your damage spells as much as possible to take control of early game board with your strong creatures, and then after having them on board, with the strong buff roars and spell you have it is just a matter of finishing off your opponent.
Such playstyle is very cheap, and should be efficient anywhere from twilight shadow to solar gold.
Example Deck:
Important Cards:
Important Cards for such playstyle are: Arkmonian Onslaught, Penthesilean Warrior, Hunt Warden and Wiccan Warrior.
It is important to have them because one is a very strong spell for amazon, and they are one of the strongest early, mid and late game amazon creatures with a very strong roar.
Second Playstyle:
Regen Nature:
The second playstyle is going to be the good old regen nature.
In this playstyle you want to make the best use out of the regen that your creatures will have, try to clear the board without sacrificing your creatures with the help of spells. And then you will find your creatures healthy again and start taking control slowly.
The strong beast power along with the regen and a bunch of damage spells your goal will be to wipe and dominate the board with the least sacrifice possible early game.
Such playstyle should work anywhere from solar gold to reaching mythic if played correctly. However, I never tried grinding with it in mythic so I do not know how it can work there.
This playstyle decks are usually not so expensive and have tons of different versions that can be viable.
Example Deck:
Important Cards:
Black Jaguar, Marsh Walker, Canopy Barrage, Trial of The Hydra.
Black Jaguar and Marsh Walker for being excellent regen early game creatures.
Canopy Barrage for clearing board early game without having to sacrifice your creatures.
And of course, the trial of the hydra which is the excellent spell for such type of decks for the great value of regen, strength and health it provides.
Third Playstyle:
Big Beast Nature:
The third and final playstyle will be big beast nature. This playstyle is the most famous among all nature decks and is highly used in high ranks.
The beauty about this playstyle is that it has tons of version for every deck and it does not force any mandatory expensive cards to be able to work.
Although there are some cards that if owned, can provide a huge addition to this playstyle.
It is all about swarming your opponent with creatures early game and clearing the board and then dominating the board with your strong creatures.
You can't play slow with it, you always have to try to destroy your opponent creatures in the most efficient way possible and keep spawning yours.
This playstyle can depend on the cards available for you but even a basic one should be enough to reach mythic and the more the valuable cards you have the more you can compete there.
That is of course after mastering the playstyle itself!
Example Deck:
Important Cards:
Black Jaguar, Overgrown Rhino, Canopy Barrage.
Conclusion:
Each of these playstyles have tones of version and a wide variety, there is nothing called a fixed deck.
As long as you keep trying and keep polishing your decks you will eventually find the decks and playstyle that suits you and bring you victories.
PS: The example decks are decks done on spot on GUdecks and have not been actually tested, they are meant to be a template for the playstyle because the purpose of such posts are to explain what the playstyle is all about.
So do not hesitate to improve and polish them and hope they bring any new or old player good results.
I will be testing and polishing decks for each playstyle with the cards I have and posting about them individually and show their results!
That was it for this post, hope it was helpful in anyway. Keep grinding, keep having fun and you will receive the results you want!
Mad love, Peace out <3
