This is another evening of bringing to share with you this quick to make pancakes recipe. A kind of delightful homemade meal you will want to enjoy without wasting much of your time in the kitchen. This recipe is prepared with some side fruits and honey drizzle to give the pancake a more delicious taste and some nutritious diet balance for good health. We can always make our pancakes adding any fruit of our choice by the side but here I have added some diced apple and banana with drizzle of honey as this is the way my daughter enjoys it and I know your little kids will also enjoy it this way.

INGREDIENTS :
150 g of All purpose flour
1 raw egg
1/3 glass of soy milk
1 tablespoons of almond oil
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoons of premium sugar
pinch of salt
vegetable oil for frying
Extra Ingredients:
1/2 an apple
2 finger bananas
Steps For Preparation :
We will begin this recipe process by cutting and dicing the banana. Then we wash , sterelize the apple before dicing it. We keep aside.
We will mix our flour into batter by pouring our measured flour into a bowl. We add the dry ingredients which are salt, sugar, the baking powder , then we mix them properly into the flour.
We add the wet ingredients next which are the egg, almond oil, milk. We mix thoroughly into the batter consistency for our pancake.
Next we set to fry this pancake recipe by heating up the frying pan, then we drizzle little vegetable oil and start scoping the batter into the frying pan.
We leave to fry for a minute before we flip the pancake over to fry the other side for another one minute.
We gradually scope in and fry flip our pancakes until we exhauste all the batter.
Then we serve the pancake adding our diced mixed fruit of banana and apple by the side to accompany and make the pancake more nutritious.
We then drizzle some honey on the pancake. This honey will give the pancake a more delicious taste children will like which is also good for our health as honey is so rich in nutrients and vitamins.
This is a whole lots of healthy meal we can enjoy any time of the day. A recipe that does not take too much of our time and needs just little ingredients.
