I had a good today, i actually discover my new talent today,guest what? Cooking
. This how it all started.
I spend my morning hour enjoying hive platform, later on i step out to the market to get some food stuff.
Sometimes when you are alone you discover your potential, i always knew that i'm a good cook but i never knew i could take up this part of slicing.
Actually i made a delicious afang soup today, i went to the market,buy some stuff for my soup, i came back wash my waterleaf, slice it, did same to the afang leaf, the amazing part was when i slice the afang leaf....lolzz, it was fun.
Now afang soup is a very nice delicacy in Akwa Ibom State, so many ingredient is needed to make this soup, here all the ingredient i use in make my afang soup
=> water leaf
=> Afang leaf
=> Crayfish
=> A good dry fish
=> Goat meat
=> Periwinkle
=> Salt
=> Maggi
=> Fresh pepper
=> Red oil
=> Stock fish
Those are the items i use in making my Afang soup, guest what? Some neighbours could not even wait for me to finish when they started coming.
I think i deserved a new tittle to my name
