Hello Hive TOYS fans, a few days ago a friend of mine came to my house and I showed her my collection of GOGO's. We took the opportunity to remember our time at school and some anecdotes about this peculiar toy.
She told me about the collection she had, it was almost complete and she shared it with one of her cousins. One day when she was leaving school her cousin passed her the box where they kept them and noticed that more than half of them were missing, it was never known what happened to those GOGO's. We were talking about the silly fights we had with others about these toys, they really generated disputes among the kids.
I noticed that in their school they played in a different way, from what I understood they drew a circle with chalk and from the outside they had to hit them and take them out to win. I had never heard that way of playing, but since there really are no rules, the ways to have fun with these little plastic dolls are infinite, they are only limited by the imagination of the children and I think that's why I love them so much.
I found out that there were special GOGO's made of translucent plastic, some that glowed in the dark and others that had little sparkles as if they had glitter. I didn't know them, but from what my friend told me they were very rare, I am very surprised by all the stories that exist behind this simple toy and the amount of memories and happiness they bring from the past.
Agradezco muchísimo a los que me leen o pasan a ver las fotos, últimamente estoy con poco tiempo e intento compartir recuerdos sobre estos peculiares juguetes.
I am very grateful to those who read me or stop by to see the photos, lately I am short on time and I try to share memories about these peculiar toys.
Soy Nitsu y te deseo un buen cierre de semana.
I'm Nitsu and I wish you a good end of the week.
