Since announcing I was powering "down and out" on the ~~Steem~~ blockchain, I have had some "macro" trading success with those revenues. Now safely stored in my Hive wallet, today seems like a good day to Power Up some of it on our Hive blockchain!

Hive account@streetstyle began the PUD (Power-Up Day) "movement" a long time ago and carried it forward, through the creation of the Hive blockchain, to the referenced post above for the HivePUD of May 1st. There has always been a monthly contest associated with it, to encourage participation.

Getting right to it, here is my September Power-Up executed a short time ago:

For the 3rd quarter of 2020, I have powered up a total of +3,500 Hive, which represents a Hive Power increase of 30% from July 1st. Not too bad!

While September's power-up % increase wasn't as large as the previous months, that is very intentional. I have learned this quarter to "keep some powder dry," for whatever opportunities may arise in other tokens linked to our Hive blockchain. For example, the recent announcement re: wLEO is very exciting. With HIVE pretty stagnant, my LEO tokens increased substantially in value on the basis of it!

Joining the PUD fun in August was Hive account@hivebuzz, a well-known project created by Hive account@arcange. Their introduction of a new HivePUD badge created some serious "buzz!" 🙂👍

IMPORTANT:
HiveBuzz will use UTC date and time to validate when you powered-up. Therefore, check your timezone and convert your local time to UTC before powering up!

Power-up at least 10 HIVE. This will entitle you to the smallest power-bee. The more HIVE you power up, the bigger your power-bee!
