Wallets are with us almost all the time, right?
It holds everything thing there is to know about you.
Most of us cary it everywhere, too tight?
It holds the paper munnies and the plastic magic munnies too.
Let considerations for back pain take flight!
You never know when you might need to prove you are you.
Do you like my poem? I just made that up.
It's dedicated to .
Let's talk about wallets.
1️⃣ This was my grandfathers wallet:
I’m not sure how it used to be, but it’s way too stiff for my pockets. I like the simple design and knowing I would be able to use something of my grandfathers is cool. However, this wallet is designed for a back pocket. It even has the worn out shape caused by heavy back pocket usage. My back hurts after using a wallet in my back pocket. I’m considering using it for stickers. It would be perfect for holding stickers flat while I’m on a sticker plastering adventure.
2️⃣ This is the unused half of a retired wallet.
The image below is the unused portion. I cut it in half with scissors because I only wanted half of the wallet. It was a Pier Cardan, that name is plastered all over the place, idgaf, it was too big. I used the other half for several years up until recently. It was falling apart and had to be decommissioned. That was a good run for a <$30 department store wallet.
3️⃣ This is a wallet I purchased to replace the previous mentioned.
It’s too big, but I thought it would work out because it felt soft. It has a zipper right in the middle. I don’t think that’s a good idea. Extra weight and what happens when you put something in there. The wallet gets fatter. This wallet was a desperate purchase at a place that has good prices. It’s the same place I got those crazy Reebok shoes. I like the way my sticker looks on it, and the pocket design is decent. I’ve tried to work with it. It’s still too wide. I feel like I have football padding on my hip when I use it. I’ll probably keep this one around for emergencies, but so far it might become another sticker holder.
4️⃣ This is a chi chi af leather wallet I purchased at a coffee shop.
It’s was $65. My friend said that’s not such a bad price for a nice wallet. The coffee made me do it. Seriously, it’s a nice wallet. It’s made by
Amuse Element
. The leather is fine and the folds and the rivets make it look pretty cool. Functionally speaking I wish it was just a little tiny bit larger. Take a look at what happens when you put a fat stack of bills inside this thing.
Luckily for this wallet I don't usually carry a lot of cash anymore.
Looks crazy, right? Actually the wallet looks really cool, but I’m not sure what it was designed for. It suits me fine when I only use plastic cards and when I don’t have a lot of cash.

5️⃣ This is a beautiful leather money clip from a generous #HIVE neighbor.
Checkout a collection of daily memes my mom would hate. @antisocialist
The money clip is made from a very nice pice of leather. Soft and smooth leather outside with a matching brown felt lining inside. Magnets keep it closed on your munny. The stitching is clean and it’s easy to stare at. Reminds me of my nice catchers mitt. I hope I’m the first to fart on it.
I love the money clip. Great surprise and a nice piece that I wouldn’t have had enough sense to purchase for myself. I’m grateful.
I let the cat eat it.
🥱 What do I prefer now?!?
This is both the awesome money clip and the Amuse Elements wallet! I use both if I’m carrying lots of cash. I use the chic wallet alone if I’m gonna jump around the docks.
