Today I present to you a paintage (painting and collage) made two years ago and which I will share the tutorial in the Sketchbook community	aujourd'hui je vous présente un tableau réalisé il y a deux ans et dont je vais partager le tuto dans la communauté Sketchbook

So here are the steps of my cat painting	Voici la progression de mon tableau
First I did a sketch on a simple white sheet	Tout d'abord j'ai fait mon dessin sur une feuille de papier
Then after applying one layer of white gesso, I color with my aquasoluble Neocolor II & Derwent ink sticks	Puis, après avoir appliqué une couche de gesso blanc, je colorie avec mes Neocolor II hydrosolubles et les batonnets d'encre Derwent
and wash the color with a wet brush	et je lave la couleur avec une pinceau humide
I outline with a black fine liner and do some shading with the artists pens from Faber Castell that I merge with a Q-tip	Je réalise les contours avec un feutre liner noir ultra fin et je crée des ombres avec les feutres Artist Pen de Faber Castell que j'estompe avec un coton tige

I then cut out my cat which will be stuck on a background	Je découpe ensuite mon chat qui sera collé sur un arrière plan

Time to start my background by making some magazines collages on a thicker paper ...	il est temps de commencer ensuite mon arrière plan sur un papier cartonné, en réalisant des collages tirés de magazines ...
to which I will add patterns, lines and marks, whatever comes to my mind to punctuate poetically this background	auxquels je vais ajouter des motifs, des traits et des marques, tout ce qui me passe par la tête pour ponctuer poétiquement cet arrière-plan
