I found a great art therapy method yesterday, which I had used many times without even knowing what it was. I drew very similar ones in some earlier posts.

I found Neurographic Art is a kind of scribble art.
You can read more about it here or here
I thought I’d do it more consciously now and not needed to get involved in the meticulous patterns of Zentangle. Although the two can be combined smoothly!
These drawings are like neural networks with a lot of synapses. I think when I make these, something happens in my brain as well, new neural connections develop.
On the other hand, it calms down rippling and constantly recurring thoughts because it makes you concentrate.
Well, let's see my drawings!
Step-by-step:
The first fine lines, drawn with ease
More, strenghtened lines
Filled with liquid colors (i didn't like these colors too much)
So i used watercolor paints and white tempera to work out its plasticity
Last step was a fine line close to the edges. I've found my 30 years old Rotring Art Pen (what a surprise!!!) and some black ink cartridges (additional surprise), so i had no more annoyance with gel pens.
This fountain pen is simply an indelible, eternal piece.
Some closeup details:
I love the result so much! I became so enthusiastic that I made two more line drawings last night. I will resume them soon when I get home.
It’s just an addition to the fact that I can digitally modify and use my finished drawings as part of a collage or as a background.
Now I'm going to buy paper because it's out of stock. And I will give away the remaining fountain pens and felt-tip pens.
