A second season is expected for Mashle: Magic and Muscles, and Sakamoto Days is currently airing (first season).
Though I wish both anime had animation styles from studios like Ufotable or MAPPA, their absurd solutions and action sequences make up for those shortcomings. I prefer Sakamoto Days, and I used to watch Mashle: Magic and Muscles for Mash’s daily absurd antics 😅 — especially since it’s a satire blending One Punch Man and Harry Potter.
