3D Floor Plan & Design #12
Perspective
Good day!
Sketching a design of the modern villa is not so easy but I sketched this with full inspiration and dedication to completely sketched up. In the past few days, I've been sketched a design of the studio type unit inspired by my fellow Filipino's who live in a small apartment. But on the past few days, I've been taking more struggled one of those are I accidentally spilled water over my laptop and the other problem is my System Unit automatically turned off that's why I stopped to sketch a new design.
But I'm back now with my new design and floor plan of the Modern Villa out of my mind. The design looks really good with a simple concept a combination of simplicity and modernization. The size of the lot area of the villa is 140 sq/m and the floor area is 130 sq/m with 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Dining Area, Kitchen Area, Living Area, and Terrace. If you really want to see my design just continue to scroll down. I hope you like it!
Angle View & Time
I provided different types of view and time of my floor plan design to see how is the look of the house at different times.
Front View
Time - 8:00 PM
I created a photo of the front view of the villa during the night-time as you can see it's surrounded by the spotlight on the outside you can also see trees in the right side of the villa.
Top View (First Level & Second Level) with Furniture
Time - 3:00 PM
After I created the front view I also created photos of the top view of the 1st level and 2nd level of the villa you can see all the furniture that I installed inside of the villa.
Top View 1st Level
Top View 2nd Level
Oblique View
Time - 9:00 AM
I also sketched the oblique view of the villa to see it in a different view.
Axonometric View
Time - 7:00 PM
In the axonometric view you can see the front exterior design of the studio it's just like an oblique view. I sketched the axonometric view in the night-time.
