Transparent Perspective
Good day!
Even your home is very small you can make the interior and exterior design look good with my new sketch of the 3D single room studio type unit design with a floor plan I wanted to share with you can live so peacefully. This design is perfect for the students, employees, and the couple wants to start a new life. The lot area of the unit is 45 sqm and the floor area is 35 sqm with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen area, dining area, and living room. Except for the floor plan, I also added a piece of furniture and matched it according to the size of the area so you can easily know what types of furniture you have to install. Angle View & Time
I provided different types of view and time of my floor plan design to see how is the look of the house at the different times.
Front View
Time - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Here is the front view of the Vixma 4 with a red color exterior door and 2 windows at the back and I made two photos of the unit one is in the day-time the other one is in the night-time.
Back View
Time - 8:00 AM
I added a new type of view because the windows of the unit are separated into the exterior door.
Top View (First Level) with Furniture
Time - 3:00 PM
Here is the top view of the studio unit you can all see the furniture that I installed but this I only made one because rendering photo it takes a lot of time.
Oblique View
Time - 3:00 PM - 8:00 AM
I sketched a photo of an oblique view of the studio to picturized the interior and the exterior design.
Procedure
Here are the procedures of how I can make the floor plan design of the studio.
Floor Plan With The Dimension
As I said above the lot area of the studio type unit is 45 sqm and the floor area is 35 sqm.
Doors & Windows
After I built the walls I installed the doors and the width size of the main door is 104.9 cm, with a depth size of 18 cm and the height size is 208 cm. The size of the secondary door is 70 cm same goes for frame door. The width size of the two window is 180 cm, the depth size is 15 cm with a height size of 160 cm.
Modifying The Kitchen
After I've been installing the doors and the windows I modified the kitchen I installed the following furniture. I modified the texture some of the furniture in the kitchen

- Lower cabinet
- Corner cabinet
- Drawers
- Cooker
- Hood
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Utensils spot
- Upper cabinet
- Glass door cabinet

- Modifying The Bathroom
I modified the bathroom and I installed the following types of furniture.

Modifying The Dining, Bedroom & Living Room
I pay most of my attention in this part of the studio in the dining and living room I took more time to modified those 3 parts of the studio because of the tiny space. Here's are the following types of furniture that I installed.
