Do you prefer to consume animal milk or plant-based milk?
For me, I really like both. But if I have a lot of coconut milk stock at home, then I will make coconut milk into Hot and Spicy Drink.
I always try to add ginger to my drink, hoping that it will improve my and my family's immunity in the midst of such a terrible pandemic.
How to make Ginger Milk is very easy and does not take long.
We just need to mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook until boiling while continuing to stir.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 4 cm of cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- a pinch of salt
How to make:
- put all the ingredients in the pan.
- Cook on medium heat while continuing to stir until it boils.
- Then lift
- Strain before serving.
Very easy, right? You can also replace coconut milk with other plant-based milk such as almond milk or soy milk.
The taste of ginger milk is delicious and the warmth feels for the body and the feeling to be better.
