Food is an important part of the list of activities and casual activities of Bengalis. Bengalis do not eat food just to fill their stomachs and get nutrition. Food is an art and it is highly tasted. Bengali means fish and rice. But meat is the Bengali's Favorite subject. Motton is very popular among Bengalis. But due to the high price, it is not possible to buy this meat all the time. However, chicken meat is always in the kitchen of Bengal.
Today I have cooked chicken curry in a very ordinary Bengali way. It has been raining continuously for the last 5 days due to the pressure created in the Bay of Bengal. I returned to Bengali style chicken curry.
Ingredients required in this cooking-
One kilogram of fresh chicken
250 grams of soybean oil
Like the number of hot spices
Like the amount of salt
Like the amount of cumin powder
Like the amount of lentil powder
Like the amount of ginger and garlic paste
And a few pieces of potatoes
First, you have to wash the meat well with water for 10 minutes. To keep the water out of the meat, you have to leave it in this way. Then you have to wash the potato well and cut it into a few pieces.
Then I put the pan on the gas stove and poured 250 grams of oil on it. The oil started to heat up. I marinated the washed 1 kg of meat with the above-mentioned spice ingredients and 50 gm of oil. Then all the meat I poured a little hot oil.
Now I boiled the meat for 15 minutes in a beautiful way. I put the meat down. I poured a little more oil in the pan and fried the potatoes. Then I boiled the meat and potatoes together in the pan for 3 minutes with ginger and garlic paste.
Now pour the amount of water and cover it for 15 minutes. Then you have to taste the salt to see if it is ok. Then I put it down with the number of hot spices.
This is how I cooked chicken curry.
