My mood was brightened the whole day because I received a big blessing. Finally, I got a piece of good news for almost a year waiting. My happiness is beyond uncontrollable. I even question myself do I really deserve this? because it is too much for what I've prayed for! I was amazed by my sister how she made me with this mouth-watering moist banana cake. It's a simple cake but making this as she congratulates me touched me the most. The effort was present. If you love to try to make this cake, you can check the ingredients and procedures. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar (add more sugar according to your desire)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
3 pieces overripe banana
Procedures:
- First, mash overripe bananas.
- In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients i.e. all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.
- Next, mix all wet ingredients, i.e. Eggs, oil, banana, and vanilla essence. Mix the ingredients well until they are blended together.
- Then, mix the dry and wet ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the pan and level it.
- Cover and steam for about 45 minutes over medium heat.
