- Oatmeal or oats
- Banana
- Coconut shavings
- Baking Powder
- pinch of salt
- Cinnamon
- Sugar who likes it sweeter
- Peanuts
- some soy milk, in case the dough is too firm
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- Farinha de aveia ou aveia
- Banana
- Aparas de coco
- Pó de Cozedura
- pitada de sal
- Canela
- Açúcar que gosta mais doce
- Amendoins
- um pouco de leite de soja, no caso de a massa ser demasiado firme
Cozer a 180 graus durante 15 minutos.

- Prise Salz

- Zucker wer es süßer mag
- Erdnüsse
- etwas Soya Milch, falls der Teig zu fest ist
Bei 180 Grad 15 Minuten backen.
