It's been a while since my last post (almost three months) and today I'm back with a few photos I took yesterday(I haven't been shooting lately and I think I forgot how to take photos, but this is another story ..) , when I decided to make this deliciously easy cake with fresh sweet apples and a heavenly aroma of cinnamon, vanilla and orange that fits with season.
It's a warm sweet treat for cozy winter afternoons by the fire with a cup of coffee, some candles, a soft fluffy blanket and served with vanilla ice cream and extra cinnamon on top.
