Hi, today I want to share a vegan recipe, my fried garlic chili oil. This is something to eat with rice and with all food as you like.
Cambodian Garlic Chili Oil Recipe
Ingredients
- 30 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 35 chili peppers, or as you like
- 3 star anise
- 10 cloves
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil or coconut oil
Step 1Cut onion and put in machine, grind it with chilies. | |

Step 3Chop garlic. | |
Step 4Heat oil and fry garlic. | |
Step 5Fry garlic until aromatic and put star anise and cloves, fry it little. | |
Step 6Then put ground chilies, fry it little more. | |
Step 7Then put salt and sugar, fry it 5 minutes more. | |
Step 8After 5 minutes put chilli powder. | |
Step 9Fry it a little it’s all ready. |
I want to make it keep for eat every day with all food.
I eat it with rice and noodles. Last night I ate it with burger so delicious, it’s a little spicy not too much. I like it with all food. Have a great day everyone.
