My Son Cooked Today’s Breakfast
Today is Sunday and supposedly a rest day. Well, I woke up late and will be doing the laundry a little later. My eldest just came home from a graveyard shift and decided to cook the breakfast. What a surprise! He normally just buys viands in the nearby eatery before coming home.
The smell coming from the kitchen tells me that something delicious is being cooked. I was right! The food cooked is not only has good aroma but also so delectable!
The shrimps are sauted in butter and garlic and simmered in soda (Sprite). The sweetness of soda and the creaminess of butter is a great pair!
The recipe is so easy! (I apologize that I do not have pictures of the procedure since its already cooked when I woke up!)
INGREDIENTS
Shrimps
Butter
Garlic
Sprite
Salt and Pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
Saute the garlic in butter.
Add the shrimps. Saute until the color is orange.
Pour 1/2 cup soda. Put salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until the soda evaporates.
Serve.
It is as easy as 123!
Best served with warm steamed rice.
A filled tummy morning it is!
