Hello everybody..!
Proteins are important for the formation or repair of muscles, bones or other tissues, therefore since I wake up I consume protein, I prepare an egg, or some yogurt or cereal. In my lunch I eat a rich fish, but I prepare a stewed meat or chicken. I like to consume beef liver weekly.
The beef liver is a type of meat that contains a high amount of protein, vitamin B12 iron, phosphorus and zinc. Recommended for those who suffer from anemia Protein.
Today I prepared an onions liver, for my lunch, for this I took step by step images.
Ingredients:
- 500 kg of beef liver cut in steaks
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of solid black pepper.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small paprika.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- 2 teaspoons salt (optional)
Preparation:
- Season the liver with vinegar, salt and pepper.
- In a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, steak the steaks over high heat, from side to side.
- Remove from heat and set aside in a separate tray.
- Add 2 more tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the onions, with the paprika and garlic over medium heat.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- The steaks are introduced back into the pan along with the dressing, mixing them
- Add the teaspoon of sugar and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
I accompanied it with rice this time, because I also like it with mashed potatoes or even arepas, and so I consume my protein daily, to keep myself energetic, and it is essential for health.
