Hi - this is a great post, I really enjoyed and benefited from this.
They say "don't judge a book by its cover" but in reality, that is what we all do the whole time. I had a situation the other day where I had to advertise for a position in my company. I had 450 CVs within a few days. Do you think I read them all? I quickly whittled them down to few and then started interviewing. During interviews, I had to make decisions quickly and what I was really looking for was their personal brand. What makes this person stand up from the crowd? I don't think that people understand how it important it is to develop all aspects of our "image".
Great post - have a good day!
